Delivery Times
All of our products are handmade in the UK, but we keep some items in stock. These will be sent within 3 - 4 working days of placing the order.
Items out of stock will be made to order and can take up to 1 - 2 weeks to be made and dispatched. Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact us as more often than not, we can change the postal arrangement.
Delivery is free to all UK addresses. Goods are sent out using couriers and may require a signature upon arrival.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties upon arrival in destination country, this now includes EU countries also.

Packaging
Your order will be packaged safely and securely in a polythene bag and sent in a postal bag or box. Where possible, we reuse boxes for your orders, this helps us with unnecessary waste and gives the box a new use!
